She spent five years in a basement during her PhD to make the tech we’re using. She also has over a decade of experience researching nanotechnology & biomaterials, plus has 2 patents.

She’s also low-key a great footballer

Dr Mia-Jerusha Mandava

She’s a junior doctor who by the age of 21 ran a ambassador program for a medical education company, whilst working as a barista and project lead and going to med-school.

Dr Felicity Young

She is a consultant nurse with the Imperial College London NHS Trust and has been in sexual health for over 30 years! She did her PhD on HIV in prison systems….during COVID!

She’s also an awesome human being, to boot.
